This company was started by 16 year old Laura Blodgett  in 2012 as part of Ontario’s summer company program selling fresh rainbow trout fillets from Manitoulin Island.  It was so successful that her mother, Sandra Blodgett, took over at the end of the program. Since then the fish has been sold at the local summer markets and the Paisley Christmas Market AND Sandra makes house deliveries in the winter and by request in the summer. The menu has expanded from rainbow trout fillets to the following list.
1. Rainbow Trout responsibly and sustainably farmed in the North Channel, Manitoulin Island, vac packed
2. Whitefish wild caught in the North Channel, Manitoulin Island, vac packed
3. Variety of wild caught fish smoked by Paul Jones near Cape Croker, vac packed
4. Pickerel wild caught in Lake Erie, vac packed
5. Perch wild caught in Lake Erie, individually frozen
